Our Story
Cirius Green Development is a San Diego-based real estate development company specializing in high-performance multifamily housing, value-add renovation, and strategic real estate consulting.
Founded by real estate entrepreneur John Citrigno, the company integrates planning, entitlement, design, construction, sustainability, technology, and investment analysis into a single decision-making framework.
Our first project—the “21st Century Eichler”, completed in Sunnyvale, California in 2013—was a first-of-its-kind reimagining of the iconic Eichler home using modern high-performance building practices.
The project attracted widespread media attention, hosted over 1,800 visitors during its grand opening, and was celebrated by city leaders, green building pioneers, and the Eichler family.
This success established the foundation for what Cirius Green has become today.
